APPOINTMENTS

• A standard consultation will go for approximately 10 minutes and you will be able to discuss 1 or 2 issues only. Please call reception if you require longer appointment.

• A standard consultation is for one patient only. Please book separate appointments for each family member.

• All new adult patients please kindly provide photo identification upon registration.

• Not all available appointments are published online. If you don't find a suitable time online, please call us.

• Please cancel any appointment that you can not attend, either online or by phone.

• We always try to minimise waiting times, but delays are sometimes unavoidable - some consultations may take longer than expected, emergencies may arise, or earlier patients have themselves arrived late. We thank you for waiting and apologise in advance. If you wish, you can phone reception prior to your consultation to check on waiting times.

• Walk-in patients and "on-the-day" appointments are welcome. However priority will be given to pre-booked appointments.
